Vogue magazine is often looked to as the standard for fashion. It has for a long time. Vogue was the inspiration for a Time for Print session that I participated in during the first weekend of March. I joined the session because I wanted to get behind the camera again. Secondly, this session was in my wheelhouse. I love photographing women, and strong poses are my thing. There were several photographers and models who participated in the session on a Saturday evening in Phoenix. We were in the Roosevelt District where there are a lot of murals. It’s the artsy part of Downtown Phoenix and provided the best backdrop for the session.
I enjoyed being behind the camera, again, and the models took direction very well.
